Now this was a capture. Late Winter on the coast. A heavy overcast day where the sun struggled to shine through the cloud cover, eventually giving way to a spectacular sunset. The weak, pale light cast long shadows across the sand. Icy northern winds bit at the skin, heavy winterwear was a must. Being cocooned in the embrace of warm layers protected from those gales, the rain, the spray. You feel slight warmth from the falling sun, there was a sense of place, a sense of humility amongst the beauty of that day. It was one to remember, everything came together, a feeling of inner tranquility.
